Invitations are the first thing the guests are going to see for the baby shower you are throwing so the invites should be within the same theme or color scheme of the actual shower and something that gets guests excited! There are many ways you can go to make the invitations clean, modern and beautiful. I have done up a couple examples of my own and rounded some of my favorites from sources online to give you some inspiration!

Typography Invitations 

This is a design you can do if you don't want to be over the top theme-y and is great if you want to keep the shower gender neutral. It uses the information about the shower as part of the design and keeps things from getting to busy. 

Floral Invitations

Using flowers on the invite is always in style and especially as we are heading into spring/summer showers. Perfect for an outdoor event or garden party shower.

Themed Invitations

You can still do themed invites without being tacky or over the top. These three use an adorable theme but the invitations still look modern and professional.
